Avocado Butter - (Persea americana)

I am usually skeptical of hydrogenated butters... But this one has my heart, it is beautiful and feels fantastic. Perfect texture to use alone.

• Extraction Method: hydrogenated from mechanically pressed avocado oil.

• Country of origin: Brazil - wild harvested and/or sustainably farmed.

• Appearance: green soft, smooth butter.

• Smell: Very faint scent.
