HOW DO I USE OILS AND BUTTERS?
My products can be used pure directly on skin and hair, you can mix with lotions, shampoos, face creams, makeup or in the confection of cosmetic products.
As with most products avoid eye area and wash your hands before touching your mouth, private areas or eyes.
I AM PREGNANT, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
The topical use of my products should be perfectly safe for pregnant women. They have been used for generations of Brazilian women to prevent stretch marks and other skin conditions that the pregnancy hormones may create. If you already use cocoa or shea butter and coconut oil you can go ahead and use my products without reservations. In doubt consult your doctor.
Exception: products that contain Guarana and/or Jambu Extract.
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS ON MY BABY/KIDS?
The topical use of my products should be safe for babies and kids. But, still, get an ok from your doctor. IMPORTANT: some of my products smell delicious, keep them away from kids and pets.
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS ON MY PETS?
Yes, some of my oils and butters are proven to help pets with skin conditions. Andiroba is used for ear and eye infections. It will not hurt them if they lick the area treated. Just do not leave it around, pets love my butters and most of my oils.
WHY DOES MY RECENTLY PURCHASED BUTTER/OIL LOOK/SMELL/FEEL A BIT DIFFERENT THAN MY PREVIOUS PURCHASE?
Being unrefined, my products may change in color, scent and texture from batch to batch. Some of the factors that contribute for the changes are: area of harvesting, season of harvesting, quality of harvesting, producers, age of oil.
Also keep in mind your products will look different depending in the temperature you keep your place, If you keep your home cooler for Winter months, the oils may solidify, just run the closed bottle under hot water before use.
These differences do not affect my products properties. Every one of my batches is tested in independent laboratories in Brazil before being approved for distribution. On each page you can find the COA of the product and on links on the bottom of site you find the TDS and MSDS of them.

Your order will ship USPS, usually, within 48 hours after payment, Monday through Friday. You should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING PRICES AND TIMES
Flat Rate Shipping - $4 - FIRST CLASS - it usually takes from 3 to 5 days for delivery, but I have seen cases it took up to 10 days.
Upgrade - $7.65 - PRIORITY MAIL - it usually takes from 2 to 3 days.
If your order is heavier than 1 lb. it will be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail.
Weight 1 - up to 0.5 lb - $10
Weight 5 - up to 5.0 lb - $43.50

International orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered. I can't be responsible for any custom fees that are applied to your order or if your order gets refused and sent back. Check the customs rules for your country.
