Hi peeps! Chica values transparency, so here are the details of our shipping prices and time.

Our team has shrunk during these tariffs times, so shipping has gotten slower.

If you are in a bind and have some urgency please contact us BEFORE placing the order.

Please, make sure your address is correct. As soon as we create your shipping label you will receive an email with your tracking number, it does not mean your order was sent out, please keep checking your tracking number. 

DOMESTIC PRICES:

Flat Rate Shipping - $7.95 - USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground - whichever is most economic- it usually takes from 3 to 7 days for delivery, but I have seen cases it took up to 15 days.

Upgrade - $10.95 - USPS Priority or UPS Ground - whichever is faster- it usually takes from 2 to 3 days but it is not a guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL PRICES:

Because international shipping in the US is crazy expensive, if you would like to use your own shipping account, choose "CUSTOMER'S COURIER ACCOUNT" method, then CONTACT ME! I will pass you the dimensions and weight of the box and as soon as you send me the label I will ship your order out.

After the package leaves United States and is in the hands of your country, it is your responsibility to keep track of it. International orders may take from 1 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Any customs fees that are applied to your order are your responsibility, I am not responsible for orders that get refused and sent back. Check the customs rules for your country. I have many customers all over the world and 99% of orders get to them with no problem.
