Shipping

Hi guys! Chica values transparency, so here are the details of our shipping prices and time.

We try to ship orders out within three business days of purchase, but some orders can take us up to 7 business days to put together, also orders placed during a special sale or after I come back from Brazil may take longer. If you are in a bind and have some urgency, contact me BEFORE you place the order. Please, make sure your address is correct. As soon as I create your shipping label you will receive an email with your tracking number, it does not mean your order was sent out, keep checking your tracking progress as USPS has been having problems. When an order is returned to me I may not get it back right away, so please let me know. 

DOMESTIC PRICES:

Flat Rate Shipping - $7.15 - USPS Ground Advantage  - it usually takes from 3 to 7 days for delivery, but I have seen cases it took up to 15 days.

Upgrade - $10.15 - PRIORITY MAIL - it usually takes from 2 to 3 days but it is not a guarantee.

Some orders can be shipped by UPS Ground, if that is not an option for you let me know before placing your order. If you have a preferred method contact me BEFORE placing your order. Text or WhatsApp me at 954 274-2032.

INTERNATIONAL PRICES:

Because international shipping in the US is crazy expensive, if you would like to use your own shipping account, choose "CUSTOMER'S COURIER ACCOUNT" method, then CONTACT ME! I will pass you the dimensions and weight of the box and as soon as you send me the label I will ship your order out.

After the package leaves United States and is in the hands of your country, it is your responsibility to keep track of it. International orders may take from 1 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Any customs fees that are applied to your order are your responsibility, I am not responsible for orders that get refused and sent back. Check the customs rules for your country. I have many customers all over the world and 99% of orders get to them with no problem.

USPS Weight 2 - up to 2.0 lb. - $24.75
