The FDA strictly prohibits the use of Tonka beans for food products in the United States.
These Cumaru seeds are sustainably wild harvested in Brazil by local and indigenous communities.
These seeds smell wonderfully, the best description I have read was it smells like a "masculine vanilla", to me they smell like cinnamon buns. They are vastly used in perfumery.
They can be infused in alcohol or a carrier oil.
They are also used in love and money spells, I can't attest for the efficacy of Tonka for magic, but carrying a couple of beans in your purse or wallet won't hurt and will make they smell really good!
