Our beads are made from wild harvested material, they are polished, hand drilled and dyed by Amazonian artisans. As each bead is a seed or part of a shell, designed by Mother Nature herself and hand worked, there are variations in shape, size and color from bead to bead.
These earrings are made in Belem by Luciene, a self employed female artisan who comes from a long line of artisans.
The jarina beads and slices were shaped, polished and drilled by Valeria, a female artisan who lives in Belem.
Care: These are natural material, water and sun may make their colors dull (they will still be pretty), Please use clear beeswax based balms, or a light oil to polish them if needed.
