Guarana Berry is a plant indigenous to Brazil, it produces coffee-bean sized fruit, and comes packed with a good concentration of 2-8 % of caffeine - about twice as much as coffee, however, the caffeine from guarana is released more slowly and over a longer period of time. This results in a longer-lasting and more intense effect.

Guarana has been used by indigenous communities in Brazil for thousands of years and now it has made big out in the world in energy drinks and diet pills. In Brazil we use the powder mixed with water or in capsules.
